When you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram, or contact me directly, I may collect:
I only collect information that you choose to give me.
I use your information for one purpose only: to contact you about designing a website for your business, and to prepare a design concept or quote for you. This includes replying to you by WhatsApp, email or phone.
I do not use your information for automated advertising profiles, and I do not add you to any marketing list without your agreement.
I process your information on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form or contact me. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing me.
I do not sell, rent or trade your information. I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your information is handled using standard business tools such as email, messaging apps and form providers (including Meta, which delivers the form submissions to me). These providers process the data only so that I can receive and reply to your enquiry.
I keep enquiry details for up to 24 months so I can follow up on our conversation. If you become a client, I keep the records needed for the project and for normal business and accounting purposes. You can ask me to delete your details at any time.
